How to: Healthy snacks

Who hasn't experienced it? Concentration wanes, the eyelids grow heavy and thoughts wander to places where they are not needed. The body clearly demands a boost of energy! How can you easily overcome the afternoon slump and small cravings between meals?
With our Verival snacks, of course. Snacking does not always have to be unhealthy. We'll show you how!

Nuts are a real brain food

At school, university or work, it is necessary to remain focused and productive for long periods of time. When it comes to finding the right snacks for this, nuts should definitely be your first choice. This is because nuts have a positive effect on our brain and its performance. Vitamins and minerals such as lecithin and various B vitamins such as vitamin B1, which are found in nuts, are responsible for increasing the performance of our brain. To optimally support your brain while you work, a handful of nuts, i.e. about 20-30g, is ideal.
