Muesli bars are the perfect choice if you want to prepare a healthy and simple snack. What's more, you can choose the ingredients yourself and avoid unnecessary sugar.
Our Bircher muesli bars naturally contain the ingredients that you would also use to make classic Bircher muesli. These include oats, apple, lemon and nuts. To give the muesli bars a little extra kick, we also add quinoa pops, linseed and a little honey for sweetness.

Energyballs recipe without sugar

Energy balls are a really good snack idea when you need a quick energy boost. Simply mix 70g rolled oats, 30g nuts, 10g baking cocoa, 4 dried and pitted dates, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and put it all in a blender. Then form small balls out of the mixture. Your healthy snack for in between is ready.

Overnight oats, or cold porridge, are a particularly filling and healthy option if you want to prepare your snacks quickly. Simply mix 70g of rolled oats with twice the amount of milk or plant-based drink and leave to soak for at least 3 hours or overnight. When your overnight oats are ready, you can simply top them with fruit such as berries or banana, linseed, nuts and more.

Various savoury waffles, such as corn or rice waffles, are also really good as a healthy snack. You can top them any way you like and vary them again and again.
Here are a few ideas for your filled waffles:
