Ingredients
- 150 g Verival Berry Crunchy
- 150 g frozen berries or fresh berries
- Pulp of a bourbon vanilla pod
- 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 300 g natural cream cheese
- 200 g Greek yogurt
Preparation

It is best to defrost frozen berries in the refrigerator overnight.

Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise in the middle with a sharp knife and carefully scrape out the pith.

Divide the berry crunchy into the 6 glasses, making sure that the bottom of the glasses is well covered.

Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and stir until smooth with a whisk. Then stir in the bourbon vanilla and honey. (If three tablespoons of honey aren't sweet enough, just add a little more)

Spread the cream cheese and yogurt mixture over the crunchy layer in the glasses until they are about ¾ full.

Finally, garnish with the berries.
