The balls are really made very quickly and consist exclusively of healthy foods. You just need a few nuts , pumpkin seeds, dates, porridge mixture, pumpkin puree and some maple syrup.

Recipe: Pumpkin Porridge Lucky Balls
Ingredients
- 100 g Verival walnuts
- 100 g Verival almonds (soaked for 30 minutes)
- 50 g Verival pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Verival dates (soaked for 30 minutes)
- 150 g Verival Porridge mixture (e.g. Bircher Porridge )
- 200 g pumpkin puree
- 2-3 tbsp Verival maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix until there are no larger pieces left.

With moist hands, form small balls from the mixture. Roll the balls in the porridge mixture or in chopped pumpkin seeds as desired. Store in the refrigerator.
