- 1 egg

Preparation

Stir the soft butter with sugar and egg until frothy.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Remove some mass of the dough with a spoon and form into small balls by hand.

Spread the balls (approx. 10-14 pieces per sheet) at a long distance on the prepared sheet.

Bake the oat cookies on a medium rack for about 12 – 15 minutes.

Make your own oatmeal dough
In order to start the preparation, the butter should be soft. In addition, the oven can already be preheated to 180 degrees.

If the butter mass becomes airy as a result of stirring, the flour mixture with the dry ingredients can be added gradually. And within a few minutes, the dough is ready!
Shape the dough into cookies
To make oatmeal cookies, use a spoon to cut off some dough and use your hand to form small balls.
You place these balls at a great distance on the prepared baking tray. The distance must be large so that the cookies do not overflow into each other.
It is ideal if you place a maximum of 14 of your shaped balls per sheet. Once the beads are in place, they are baked on a medium rack for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
