- 60 g oatmeal
- 60 g Verival Sport Porridge Chocolate Banana
- 30 g grated almonds
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 250 ml plant-based drink
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 egg
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection).

First crush a banana with a fork and then mix the banana with the oatmeal, sport porridge, grated almonds, and flax seeds.
