A new breakfast trend that is becoming increasingly popular is pudding oats. Pudding oats are relatively similar to oatmeal , but have a pudding-like consistency.
Pudding oats provide you with complex carbohydrates through the oatmeal they contain and the walnuts are full of healthy fatty acids .
If you want to make your pudding oats a little more protein-rich, you can also stir in 200g of lean *pot* after cooking the pudding oats.

Then remove the pudding oats from the stove and let them stand for about 2 minutes.
-
You can use different nuts or seeds as a topping. We used walnuts and cocoa nibs, as well as some almond butter as a topping for the pudding oats.
